I am an experienced attachment specialist dedicated to fostering positive growth in families and professionals for over ten years. Utilising a blend of creative arts, coaching, and psychotherapy, I offer tailored support that empowers individuals to thrive. Therapeutic Support for Families & Professionals

Welcome to a nurturing space for parents. I recognise the concerns that accompany raising children, from emotional and peer hurdles to neurodivergence and mental health challenges. My mission is to provide a secure environment where you, your child and/or your family can come together to be heard. Together, we can discover strategies to enhance connection and well-being for all.

I provide therapeutic sessions (minimum 3) for sole parents, couple parents, children and families. Prices from £60 per hour.

I also provide psychological assessments to help you understand the challenges when everything feels overwhelming. This includes two sessions minimum and a report. Packages from £500.

Clinical and Reflective Support for Professionals

Working with vulnerable clients can take its toll on our wellbeing and it is important to have places to 'let things go'. I can provide online and in person reflective and clinical supervisory spaces for professionals who are managing heavy caseloads, specifically challenging themes or as long term support to maintain your emotional health. Prices from £45 per hour.

With extensive experience as a trainer for families and professionals, I offer customised coaching support and training for schools, social care teams, and therapeutic programmes and companies. My aim is to empower those who work with vulnerable clients by providing practical strategies and insights to boost their skills. Together, we can cultivate a supportive environment that promotes growth and understanding for both professionals and the individuals they assist.
